Lanshan Social Investment II (M&A fund)
Social Investment Exploration Program (SIEP) （Application Closed）
1-3 month intern program with 1 topic in social investment; suitable for Master and MBA students, enthusiastic undergraduates could also be considered. Students can work in school or at home during their internship.
Responsibilities
Under the guidance of directors or president, choose a subject in social investment sector and finish a research report. Specific responsibilities include:
• Identify topics that obstruct the fast development of social investment and social enterprise sector
• Innovatively design financial solutions towards social issues (finance background needed)
• Identify growing social enterprise sectors in China
• Perform market and industry study
• Build research models if needed
• Complete report
• Participate in part of due diligence work
• Involve in part of post-investment managementQualifications
• Master degree or above (MBA preferred), enthusiastic undergraduates with relevant experience could also be considered
• No work experience requirement
• Strong interest in and high sensitivity to new things
• Financial and management knowledge and skills up to work requirements
• English mastery as a working language
Part-time Deal Broker （Application Closed）
Provide deal flow information to Lanshan Social Investment II (M&A fund) and receive bonus according to the deal size and quality:
Responsibilities
• Complete pre-investigation of the proposed deal
• Deliver basic information of the deal and parties involvedQualifications
• No other requirement except qualified deal flow
